A.Fabric specifications:
1. Non Woven Needle Felt – filtration media manufactured by mechanically bonding layers of staple fibre to a base scrim by means of a fibre interlocking machine.needles are used in this machine to punch the fibres through the fibre mass and lock them to each other.
2. PTFE Mambrane :- PTFE membrane is a thin film produced by expanding microporous Poly Tetra Fluro Ethylene . The silk Mambrane surface provides excellent dust cake release. In the process of manufacturing the PTFE membrane, microporous holes are opened in the membrane that permit the passage of gases but not particulate. These pores can be regulated to various sizes and applied to specific application as required.
Finishes:
1. Plain: - the natural surface of the felt after it has been heat at residual shrinkage level. The surface has natural softness attributed to the open fibers. These fibers aid in the capture of fine particulate
2. Glazing: - the plain finished felt is subjected to both high temperature and pressure over hot calandar rolles to smooth the surface by melting and pressing the surface fibers. This finish imparts an excellent cake release surface and has been referred to as “Eggshell” Finish. this is not a popular finish because of its higher pressure drop without a resultant improvement in filtration.
3.Felt with PTFE Membrane :- separately manufactured to rigid set specification. The PTFE membrane is thermo bonded to the surface of the media using pressure and temperature. In the case of thermoplastic fibres ,it necessary to singed the fabrics to provide the proper surface for bonding tetratex PTFE mambrene.
4.PolyPropylene :- A sunthatic fibers best Known for its Moisture resistance , polypropylene will with stand temperature of 190deg c. polypropylene is resistant to a broad range of acids and alcalies.
5. Homopolymer Acrylic :- Domonstrates good resistance solavantes , Oxidizing agents, Minral and acids where temperature is kept below 125 deg.C. homopolymer acrylic does not hydrolyze and this reason is selected over polyester at low temperature when chemistry and moistre are present.
6. Polyester :- polyester has become workhorse in fabric filteration .it offers good resistance to moist atmospheres at ambient temperatures. It is the most cost effective media at low temperatures polyester will withstand continuous temperature to 135 deg.c
7. NOMEX :- Nomex fiber is a synthetic armid that will withstand Temperature UP to 250 deg C. in dry conditions . if moisture and chemistry are present , hydrolysis may occur. Nomex is a condensation polymer like polyester and is subject to hydrolysis but at much higher temperatures. Nomex is the media used for high temperature applications .

We can supply 150 to 500 mm flange RALV’s. Round and Square flange RALV’s are also supplied by us. We supply screw conveyor which find their applications in various industrial applications. Our screw conveyor are comprised of a screw inside the hollow pipe contained within tube and is turned with the help of a motor in order to deliver material from one end of the conveyer to the other.
